Demo use

The /demo page is provided for evaluation. Demo usage is rate-limited per IP address. Do not upload personally identifiable, confidential, or copyrighted audio you don't have the right to process.

No SLA

Zinga Flow is in public beta. We provide no uptime guarantee, accuracy guarantee, or service-level agreement. Latency depends on third-party LLM providers and may degrade when upstream services are under load.

No warranty

Zinga Flow is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Aspire Digital Group is not liable for any damages arising from use of the demo. Output should not be relied on for legal, medical, or other consequential decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Zinga Flow to: transcribe audio you don't have permission to record, attempt to extract information about other users, abuse the demo for non-evaluation traffic, or circumvent rate limits.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Perth.

This is a Phase 0 terms notice. Full commercial terms will accompany the paid plan launch.
