What we collect

When you use the in-browser demo at /demo, we receive the audio clip you record and the resulting transcription temporarily, only for the duration of the request. We persist a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address (not the IP itself) plus the duration, language, and character counts to enforce rate limits and produce aggregate usage statistics. We do not store the audio or transcript content beyond the request lifecycle.

Where data lives

All processing happens on Australian infrastructure (Sydney region) via Aspire Digital Group's cloud-first.ai LLM gateway. Your audio is sent to an LLM provider for transcription and cleanup. We do not share data with US-region services for this surface.

Waitlist

If you sign up for the desktop-app waitlist, we store your email and the source (web-waitlist) to email you when the desktop app launches. You can request deletion any time by emailing privacy@aspiredigital.group.

Cookies

Zinga Flow does not set tracking cookies. The marketing pages are statically served by SvelteKit and the demo page uses only browser localStorage to remember your preferred cleanup level.
